RESOLUTION REQUESTING 7HA7 BIDWEI.L RIVER PARK
BE RETURNED TO STATE OWNERSHIP AND MAIt~TENANCE
WHEREAS, this Board has determined that it would be irr
the public ~nterest that the area'located on the Sacramento R~ver and
known as the Bidwell River Park be returned to the State of CaTifornia.
' I~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED by this Board:
' 1. That the County of Butte respectfully requests
that the State resume ownership, ma~ntenance and control of the Bidwell
' River Park.
2. That the County of Butte respectfully requests
that t~e 1974 State Bond Act be implemented for the 6enefit of the Bidweil
' River Park for the cons~ruction of much needed facilities.

Supervisors this 3orh day of November , 1976, by the following
vote:
