RESOLt3TI0N ADOPTING RATE INCR~ASE FOR NOR CAL
CAB~EVISION, INC, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 1976
wHEREAS, Nor Cal Cab7evision, Inc. has sought approval
of ti~e County of Butte for a rate tncrease, and
WHEREAS, an advertised public hearing was held today,
November 30, 1976, at which was presented oral and written
justificatior~ for said increase, and
WHEREAS, there were no objec~ions by the public to
safd increase, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of ~he City of Oroville, by
their Resolution No. 3217, approved said increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by this Board as fol~ows:
7hat Nor Ca7 Cablevision, Inc. be a3lowed to increase
their rates effective December 1, 1976 in accordance with the
schedu]e attac~ed hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein
as if se~ forth in fu11.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by t~e Butte County Board of Super-
visors this 30th day of ~Iovember, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES:Supervi.sors Ladd, Madigan, NicKillop, Richter and Chairman Cameron
NOES: None
ABSEN7: None
