ado~ted Ordinance Nos. 1711, 1712 and I.7J.3 on Apri1 27, 1976
~ezoning an area of the County of Butte known as the Bartram property;
and
WHEREAS a notice of determination that an Envzroninental Impact
Report was prepared tor said project was filed in accordance with
Public Resource Code §21152; and
WtT~R~AS a writ of mandate issued by the Superior Court of
the State of California for the County of Colusa in action No. 14553
entitled, Ca.ty of Chica, Pe~itioner v. County ot Butte, Respondent
directs that final approval of the EIR prepared in connection with
said project be set aside.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of

Environmental Impact Repor~ for the project consisting of the
adoption of Ordinance Nas. I711, 1712 a~.d 1713 be and is hereby set
aside.
