RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ENVZR~NMENTAL. REVIEW
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish fees for undertaking
an environmentai review and making a determination as to whether an
Environmental Impact Report is required, for both private and public
projects.
NOW, THEREF'ORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that the following fees be established:
Rezanes $125
Use Permits ~100
Variances ~ 50
LRFC Annexations $ 50
Sewage Disposa7 Permits $100
Land Division ~~00
Subdivisions
5-25 Lots $ 20 + per lot
26-50 Lots $500 +$10 per lot over 25
51~~00 Lots $750 +$ 5 per 1ot over 50
101 or more lots $1000
