STATE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, ~he State Environmental Review Guidelines have
been amended, and,
WHEREAS, Local Agency Environmental Review Gu~delines
are required to be amended to comply with the State Environmental
Review Guidelines as amended by January 1, ~977, and,
WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors is reviewing proposed
amendments to the county's Environmental Rev~ew Guidelines, and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to comply with the State
Environmental Review Guidelines in preparing ~nvironmental Reviews,
by January 1, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEA BY THIS BOARD that alI
Butte County departments are to connply with the req~irements of
the Sta~e Environmental Review Guidelines as amended until Butte
County's ~nvironmental Review GuzdeJ.ines are amended and adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State o£ California, ~his 21st day of December ,
1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors I,add, Madigan, McKzllop~ Riehter and Chairman Cameron

ABSENT:None
