l AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NUMBER 627,
2 The Hoard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
S That Butte County Ordinance Number 627 is hereby amended
4 in the following particulars:
S Section 3 of said Ordinance is amended to read as follows:
6 SECTION 3. Additional uses permitted, subject to the securing
of a use permit in cash case:
7 ~3,1 "C-1" (Retail Gommer¢ia1) Uses shall be permitted for
i,8 property having frontage on the Skyway.
y 3.2 "R,-3° (Multiple Dwelling) Uses shall be permitted for Lot 11
Wildwood Subdivision, Paradise; Assessor Parcel ~$2-11-36,
'10 as designated by map in the office of the Cnnnty Assessor,
first Monday in'Mareh, 1962.
11 This Ordinance shall be, and it is hereb d®clared to be in
12 i1Zi.l force and effect from and after thirty (30~ days after the date
of its passage,tamd Tsfmae_ithe expiration of fifteen (15) days after
13 its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with thenames of
the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for-and against it, in
14 Paradise .Post , a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California,
