ORDINANCE NO. 764
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING BUTTE
COUNTY ORDINANCB NOS. 627 and 647
The Boazd of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
That Butte County Ordinance Nos. 627 and 647 are hereby
amended in the following particulars:
Section 3 of said ordinances aze amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3. Additional uses permitted, subject to the
securing of a use permit in each case:
3.1 ^C-2" (General Commercial) uses shall be permitted
for property having frontage on the Skyway.
3.2 The depth for said commercial uses for property
having frontage on the Skyway shall be determined by the
Planning Commission upon the merits of individual appli-
cations.
This Ordinance shall be, and it is herebSt declared to be in
full force and effect from and after thirty (~) days after the
date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage this Ordinance shall be published once
with the games of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting
for and against it, in the Paradise Post a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, on this 19th ~y of February
1963, by the following note:

Steinegger
