The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as followss
1. That EZ`rdinance No. 749 of the County of Butte is
hereby amended as followss
(a) That Section No. 3(A) of said ®rdinance, entitled
"Salary Plan for Classified Employees", is amended by adding
thereto the followings

2. This Qrdinance shall ta~.e effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the
same, once, in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of Ca~,ifornia.
PASSED AND ADAPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
thereof on the 2na day of _ April , 1963
