WHER~AS, the Ch7co Municipai Caurt desires ~o prov~de for
the option having a cr~m~nal de~Fendant ~Go be sentenced by the Court
~ngage, ~f e1igible therefor, in a work ~ur7ough program ~n the Coun~y
o~ A~ar~eda, State of Calif~rnia, and
