GUIDELINE5
k~lHEREAS, the attached Environmental Review Guidelines
having been reviewed by the Board of Supervisors in open session, and
further having been the subject of public hearing, and further that
the Guideline modifications were mandated through state law.
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board as follows:
1. The attached Guidelines are hereby adopted.
2. The planriTng director is temporarily designated as the
Environmenta1 Review Coordinator.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of January, 1977, by the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte by the following vate:
