WHER~AS, the Board of Supervisors on March 30, 1976, pursuant
to California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 77009, adopted
Resolu~ion No. 76-67, a Resolutzon amending Indigent Burial Schedule of
Fees; and
WHER~AS, it is necessary to further amend the ind9gent burial
schedule of fees;
NOW, 7HEREFOR~ BE IT RE50LVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, that the amended ~ndigent burial
scheduie of fees attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is hereby adopted on behalf
of this Board to became effective January 1, 1977.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Supervisors th~s 25th day
of January , i977, by the follawing vote:
