HomeMy WebLinkAbout77-007RESOL~TION APPROUING PRIORITY PLAN FOR EXPENDITURE UNDER PROUISTONS OF THE NEJEDLY-HART STATE, URBA~, AND COASTAL PARK BOND ACT 0~ ~976 WHEREAS, the Nejedly-Hart State, Urban and Coastal Park Bond Act of 1976 requ3res that each county shall consult with all cities and districts w9thin the county which are eligible to rece~ve grant funds under provisions of the Act and develop and subroit to the state for approval a priority plan for expenditure of the county's allocation; and WHEREAS, the County of Butte has cQnsulted with said cities and districts and has prepared a priority plan for expenditure of the county's allocatTOn, including expenditures by eligible c9ty and districts, said priority plan being a~tached hereto marked Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, said priority plan has be~n approved by at least 50 per cent of the cities and districts representing 5~ per cent of the population of the cities and districts within the county. NOW, 7HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the priority p1an for the expenditure of the county's a1location of funds under the Nejedly-Hart State, Urban, and Coastal Park Bond Act af 1976, a copy of wh~ch plan is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A°, be an~ the same is hereby approved. BE I7 FURTHER RESOLVED t~at the County Administrative Office is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of the resolution ta the State Depart~ent of Parks and Recreation.
