RESOLUT~ON ACCEPTI~G T~ REVIEW APPRAISAL REPORT OF WILLIAM H.~, DOLA.N, JR.
SUBMIT~ED ~0 THE CO~TNTY OF BUTTE ON FEBRUARY l, 1977
WHEREAS, the Coun~y of But~e is canducting a communzty development
program in the "South 4rovi1le' neighborhood,whi~h has among zts p~~poses ~he
elimination of blight and the stimulatzon o~ residentia~ rehabilitation; and
WH~R~AS, the Counry has determined it to be consistent with the above
o~jecrives to acquire, through negotiatian, specific parcels and has undertiaken
to determzne the fair market va1u~ a£ such parcels wifh ~he assistance o~ fee
apprazsers; and
WHEREAS, the County has received an appraisal report, ~rom Rober~
Winston, dated December 3I, 1976, and a review of that r~port has been made by
William H.P, Dolan, Jr, in accordance with federa~ and state regulatians for the
purposes of establishing just compensation ~or certain specified real p~opert~es.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by fhe Counry of Butte Board o~ Supervisars
that:
1. ~he app~aisal report of Robert A. Winstfln zs hereby accepted.
2. '~k~e ~eview appraisal ~epar~ of William H.P. Do1an, Jr,, dated
February I, 1977 is hereby accepted.
3, ~~e concXusions of fair marke~ value included in the review
appraisal report are hereby approved. ~he properties included in the appxaisal
reports ar~:
a. The George Howard Roberts, Jr, property at 2435 "b'" Street;
b. Tine HaroJ.d E. $radley property at 23~1 "D" Stre~t;
c. The Mamie Lee progerty at 2650 Elgin Street .
4. 'I'he Boaxd determin~d tha~ the appraisal reports subm~tted by
PASSED AND ADOPT~D BY '~E Butte County Board of Supexvisors on this
~5~h day of ~ebruarY , I977, by the following vote:
