A RE50LUTION FIXING A~iN[JAL ~,~CENSE FEE FOR ~INGD OPERATIONS
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervxsors has adopted Ordinance
No. I7$~ a~lowing Bingo games in the County of Butte for the benefit of
chari~able organa.zations; and
WHE~AS, said Ordinance No. 1.784 p~ovides ~hat ~he fx~ing of license
fees shall ~e se~ bq Boa~d of Supexvisars resolution;
NOW, 'THEREFO~E, BE IT RESOI,VED by the Board of Superviso~s o~ the
County of Butte that the annual l~.cen.se fee for Bingo operatians within the
County of Bu~~e sha1l be FIF7.'Y I70LLARS (550.00), sazd sum being payable upon
application for the requisite license, and payable annualZy the:reaf~er upon
renewal thereo~.
