WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on March 5, 1951.,
pursuan~C ~o Sections 29320, et se . of the Gove~nment Code, adopte~
a resa~.utioi~ :establishzng a revolvin~ fund far ~the Sheri~~' s Of~ice
and s~tting the am.ount at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), and
WHEREAS, it is nec~ssary ta increas~ the amount of the
resolving fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Baard o~ Super-
visors of the County o~ Butte, State of Ca~.i~arnia that ~he resolu-
~~on adapted by ~he Board of Supervisvrs on March 5, 195], be amended
as fallows:
