HomeMy WebLinkAbout77-034RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LEVY, COLLECTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF ASSESSNFENTS OF THE LAKE MADRONE WATER DISTR3CT BY THE AUDITOR, ASSESSOR, Z'A}C COLLECTOR AND TREASURER OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE PURSUANT TO WATER CODE SECTION 37200 et. seq. ~~~.~~ N0. 77-34 WHEREAS, this Board has received a resolution adopted April I7, 1976 by the Lake Madrone Water District transferring the fun~tions of the levy, collectio~ and enforcement of assessments of that district to the Auditor, Assessor, Tax Collector and Treasurer of the County of Butte pursuant to Water Code Section 37200 et. seq. and, WHEREAS, this Board has considered the matter and finds that it is in the public interest to perform such services for said district, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte that the Auditor, Assessor, Tax Callector and Treasurer shall perform the duties required for the levy, collection and enforcement of the assessments of the Lake Madrone Water District. BE IT FUi2THER RESOLVED that such services be per£ormed without compensation from said district.
