RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WHEREAS, there has b~en ~i1ed with the County C~erk of the
County of Butts, State of Califo~nia, a map showing the boundaries o~
Meyers Street Ass~ssment Distra.ct Na. 1., County of Butte, State o~
Calitornia;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
o~ the Coun~y o~ Bu~te, State o~ California, that that certain map
entit~ed, "Proposed Boundaries o~ M~yers Str~et Assessment District
No. Z, County o~ Butte, State of Ca1i£ornia," be, and the same is
hereby, approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certif~.ed copy of said boundary
map herein approved shall be filed with the Coun.~y Recorder o~ the
County af Butte in accardance with the provisions of Part 2, Division
~.5 0~ the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Californ~a.
