vided fox the office of Engineer o~ Work and Superin~endent of
Stree~s under ~he "Improvement Ac~ of 191Z" in connection with
Meye~s Street Assessment District No. 1., Butte Co~ty, California~_
and
BE IT FURTHER RES4LVED that the er~nployi[~ent of the sai.d
McCAIN ASSOC~ATES shal~. be as provided in ~he attached agreement;
an d
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Rob~rt Guth of saa.d firm of

McCAIN ASSOCIATES be, and he is hereby au~horized to sign all docu-
ments required to be sa.gned by the Engine~r o~ Wo~k of said ass~ss-
menfi. district; and
BE ~T FURTHER RESOLVEn that the Chairman of the Board of
Supervisors be authorized to sign and ~he County C~.erk thereof be
author~zed to a~test the at~.ached agreement employing the said
McCAIN ASS4CIATES as Engineer of Work t~r said assessmenf district.
