' PROCEEDINGS AND AUTHORIZZNG EXECUTZON OF AGREEMENT
BE TT RESOLVED that STURGTS, NESS & BRUNSELL a professional
carporation, Attorneys at Law, Emeryville, Californi.a, b~, and they
are hereby, appointed as Special Bond Counsel, to supervise all proce~d-
ings and ta prepare all resolutions, notices and other pape~s and pro-
ceedi.nqs foz any work and xmprovement that may be h~reafter au~horized
by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~ California,
~o~ the irrEprovements and acquisitions to be made by speciaZ assessment
proceedings in MeyerS Stree~ Assessment Da.strict Na. 1, Cour~t~'. of
Butte, S~a~~ ot CaZi.fornia; and
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employ~ent of the said
STURGTS, NES~ & BRUNSELL a professional corporation be made as provided
i.n the a~.tached agreement; and
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman o~ the Soard o~
Supervisors be authorized to sign and the County Clerk ~hereo~' be
authorized to attes~. ~he attached agreement emplaying the said
STURGIS, NESS & BRUNSELL a professional corporation as Spacia~ Bond
Counsel for arzd on behalf of said assessment district.
