WHEREAS, ~he Baard of Supe~va.sors of the County of Bu~te,
State of CaZ~.~ornia, has ~nd~rtaken special assessment proceed~.ngs
fior the improv~men~s and acquisitions to be mad~ in Meyers Stre~~
Assessment District No. 1., Bu~te County, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by ~he Board of Superv~sors
of the Coun~y of Butte, State o~ California, that Tuesday, the 5th
day o£ APril,J.977, at ~he hour of o'clock A.M. of said
day., is hereby fixed as the day and haur, and the meet~.ng place of
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Bu~te, located in the
Cour~house, Orovi~Ze, Cali.fornia, as the place, when ar~d where any
and aIl persons in~erested may appear and show cause why the Boa~d
should not find and determine that the public convena.ence and neces--
si~y requa.re the saa.d proposed ianpro~ements and acquisitians to be
made ~.n said assessment district wi~hout cornp~iance with the prov~.-
sions of the Specia~. Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority
Protest Act of 1931. .
