NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tlle Board of S~.pervisors
of the Cov.nty of Butte,: State of California, that Resolution
No. 77=~8, adopted by the Board of S~pervisors on February l, I977,
be amended as follows:
l. The following 1oca1 officials or their successors
are hereby authorized to remit to t~e State Treasurer, ~o Ue deposited
in the Local Agency Investment P'und for the purposes of investment,
money in the county treasury not requ~red for immediate needs.
a. Treasurer, Car1 L. Morton.
b. Chief Deputy Treasurer, Richard M. Everett.
c. Senior Account Clerk, Elizabeth Idissen.
2. The above-named local officials or their successors
are authorized to withdraw funds deposi~ed in the Local Agency
Investment Fund.
