WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from
M. P. Scianna to allow the abandonmenC of public util.ity easement
as described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the auChority vested in this Soard
under Government Code .§§50430, et seg., this Board wishes to
aban.don said easements as descr~.bed below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That this Board £inds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prospective public use.
2. That said public utility easemen~ as hereinafter
~ escribed abandoned and vacated.
/~ 3. That said public utzlity easement is sztuated in the
County of Butte, State of California, and described as follows,
to wit:
The eas~erl.y 12 ft. of Lot 18 as shown on that certain
map en~itled, "Shadybrook Subd~.vision", which map was
recorded in the office o~ the Recorder o£ the County of
Butte, State of California, on April 23, Z962, in Book
27 of Maps at Pages 19 and 20.'
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
