WHEREAS, the Butte County Fire Department has received approval
notice for participation in Title IV Rural Development Act 1972 grant funds;
and
WHEREAS, a match of $1,Q00 is required to receive these funds; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Fire DeparYment can provide such funds
for matching requi.rements from their budgeC with an authorization to transfer
said funds,
NOW, THEREFQ~, BE IT RES~LVED bq the Butte County Board of Supervisors
to authorize and direct execution of a contract betvreen the Butte County Fire
Department and the Cali~otztia Department of Forestry providing for grant funds
vnder Title IV, Rvral Deve7.opment Act of 1972 and direc~ the Auditor to prepare
the appropriaCe transfer.
