Unified School District has passed a reso~lution caJ.ling an
election tio increase said district's revenue limit, said
election to be held May 31, 1977; and
WH~REAS, the a~or~said Govern~tig!:Board has requested
the Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte to order the
consolidation of the aforesaid election with ttie ~egul;ar•:_
~lection to be held on Tuesday, May 31, 1977;
NOW, '£HEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the
Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
as follows:
l. That the aforesa9.d elecrion called by the aforesaid
Governing Board for May 3I., 1977 shall be and the same is hereby
consolidated with tize '~R~~'~$r_ Elec~ion to be held May 31, 1977.
2. That in the area affected by this consolidation
order the election should be held i~ all respects as though
the~e was only one el.ection and. the Counry C1erk of Butte
CounCy is hereby ordered and directed to provide accordingly
within Che territory af~ected by sai.d consolidation, the
electi.on precincts, polling places and Yroting booths for said
election hereby consolidated and to provide for only one set o~
e~.ection officers in each of the prec~.x~~Cs affected by this con-
solidation nrder.
3. That the County Cl.erk is further ordered and
directed ~o set forth in each form of ballot and sample ballot,
to be used in said consolidated eZection, znsofar as applicable,

the ballot measure for said revenue limit increase election,
to mail to the qualified electors o~ the district the appro-
priate sample ballots and polling place cards signed by said
County Clerk relating to said election and to provide absent
voter bal~ots for said election and said `Regular_ Election
consolidated therewith for use by qualified electors of the
dis~ric~~who.::..may,:.b~ entitled thereto as provided by law.
4. That the County C1erk sha11 canvass or cause to
be canvassed the returns o£ said dis~rict election and sha~1
certify said canvass of votes cast to the aforesaid Governing
Soard.
5. That ~he County Clerk is ~urther authorized to
charge ~o the district the expense of the election attributable
to said district.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super-
visors this 15th day of March , 1977, by the following
