WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board under
Government Code Sections 50430, e~ seg., ~his Board wishes ~o declare
its intention to abandon said public utility easement as described
below:
NOW, THERE~'ORE, BE TT RESOLVED by this Board:
l. That this Board hereby gives norice tha~ at its regular
meeting on April 15, 1977 at 10:15 a.m., in the Board Chambers,
Butte County Adininistration $ui~ding, Oroville, a hearing shall be
held on the abandonment of the followiz~g described easement:
"The 6' public utili~y easement on ~he eas~ line of
Lo~s 7 and 8 of "Oakmore Park Subdivision, Unit No. 1'
per map of record in Book 25, Pages 20 and 21, in the
office of Butte County Recorder."
2. 'Thati this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the pro~risions of Government Code Sections 50440 and 5044I.

RESOLUTION GIVTNG NOTZCE OF INTENTION TO ABANDON
PUBLIC UTZL2TY EASEMENT
the environmental impact repor~ prepared tnereon; the Board £inds
that adoption of the pzoposed Elements and the policies contained
therein wi~1 inure to the benefit of the public and protect the
pulbic; this finding being based upon the findings found in all
fiour elements, tlze information presented at the hearings thereon
before the Planning Cozzunission and Board of Supervisors, and the
research and studies on wlzich the four elements are based.
NOW, '.~HEREFORE, B~ I'~ R~SOLUED by rhe Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that the above four
nemed elements, as shown in E~iibie "B" attached hereto, be adopted
and incorporated within the General Plan of the County of Butte.
BE IT FURTHER R~SOLVED that, pursuant to Government Code
§b5359, the General Plan of the County of Butte be endorsed to
show that the elemen~s contained in Exhibit "B" have been approved
and adopted::by this Board.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, pursuant to Government Code
§65360, a copy of this reso~ution, together with E~hibits "A" and
"B" be ~rar,.smitted to the City Councils o~ the aities of Butte County.
