COUNTY TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
WHBREAS, the County of Butte is desirous o€ purchasing property for
law inforcement purposes in the Chico Area; and
W13EREAS, it appears that certain property has been found which is
suitable and available on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Board of
Supervisors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Clerk of this Board be ordered
~o publish in accordance with the iaw the following notice of intention to
purchase real property:
"NOTICE OF INTENTION OF COUNTY TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
"Notice of intention to purchase real property the purchase
price of which is in excess of $3,000.
"Notice is hereby given that on April 19, 1977 at 9;~+5 a.m.
at 1859 Bird Street, Orovilie, the Board of 3upervisors of the County
of Butte wi11 meet to conse~~nate the purchase of the following real
property:
1. A11 that certain real property described as 479 Park Avenue, Chico.
2. Vendor; Leo Freedman.
3. Price: $80,000."
PASSED AND ADOPT~D by the Butte County Soard of Supervisors this 22nd
day of March , 1977, by the followi.ng vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lemke, Madigan, Mose7.ey and Chairman Richter
NOES: Supervisor Winston
