FdH~REAS, the Board of Supervisors on January 11, 1977,
adopted Resolution No. 77-3 whereby the Planning Director was
temporarily designated as the Environmental Review Coordinator; and
WH~REAS, the Board of Supervisors has established the
En~irnnmen~al.Review Depar~merir arid~~he:~posi~ion'of Environmental
Review Direc~or; and
WHEREAS, ~he En~crironmental Revie~a Direcror ~.as assumed ~Yie
functions of the Environmental Review CoordinaCOr; and
WI~~REAS, it is necessary to amenci Resolutioii No. 77-3
x'eleasirtg the Plannin.g Director from his temporary duties as Che
Environmenta7~ Review Coordinator.

Resoluta~on No. 77-3 is k~.ereby a~ended by releasing the Planning
Director from his temporary duties as the Environmental Rev'iew
Coordinator.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
