WHERE~I.S, the area encompassed by the Paradise Unified Sctiool
District is suffering under severe c3rought conditions,
WHk;REAS; it would be i~n the public int.erest to allow the use
of "Gray Water" as permitted in Ordinance No. 1815,
NOG7, THEItEFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by this Board:
1. That pursuant to the provisions o~ Ordinance No. Z815
that this Soard iinds and determines that there is a pre-existing
water shortage wzthzn the area encompassed by the Paradi.se Una~~i.ed
School District, and that strict water conservation measures are
necessary in said area.
2. That pursuant to ttte prova~sions o~ Ordinance No. I.81.5
"Gray Water" as defined in said Ordinan.ce sha1.7. be al.lowed in the
aforementi..oned axea, a11 pursuant to the terrns, condi~ions and
recornmen.da~ions as set out in the aforementioned Ordinance passed
and adopted.
