That pursuant to the provisions o~ Ordinance No. Z815 that this Soard iinds and determines that there is a pre-existing water shortage wzthzn the area encompassed by the Paradi.se Una~~i.ed School District, and that strict water conservation measures are necessary in said area. 2. That pursuant to ttte prova~sions o~ Ordinance No. I.81.5 "Gray Water" as defined in said Ordinan.ce sha1.7. be al.lowed in the aforementi..oned axea, a11 pursuant to the terrns, condi~ions and recornmen.da~ions as set out in the aforementioned Ordinance passed and adopted.
