AND ACQUISITIONS TO BE MAD~ ZN MEYERS STREET ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT NO. l, BUTTE CQUNTY, C.ALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, a public hearing, for which reasonab~.e not~.ce
has be~en given by publication, pos~ing and mail.ing has been he~d
as ta the pt~b~,ic convenience and necessity of the irnprove;nents and
acquxs~~ions tv be mad~ in Mey~rs Street Assessment Da.strict No. Z,
Butte Couz~ty, Caiifornia; and
WHEREAS, this Soard has heard and cansa.dered all the evi-
dence, both oral and written, relativ~ to the public conveni~nc~ and
necessity of the a~oresaid inlprovements and acquisitions;
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board finds tha~
the pt~blic convena.enc~ and necessity require the improvements and
acquisitions to be made in Meyers S~reet Assessment District No. 1,
Bu~te Coun~y, Cal.ifornia, and further determi~nes that ~.he "Special
Assessment Investiga~ion, Limita~.ion and Majori~y Pro~.est Ac~. of
1931" shall not apply to these ass~ss~ent proc~~dings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~hat this p~oject sha~~ proce~d in
accordance with the terrns and provisions of ~he Improvement Act of
191]..
