WHEREAS, this Board has received a request from Oakmore Park
Subdivision to aTlow the abandonmen.t of public u~ility easement as
described below,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Che authority vested iri this Soard under
Government Code Sections 50430, et seg., th.is Board wishes to
abandon said easements as described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~T} by this Board:
l. That this Board finds thaC sai.d easement is un-
necessary for present or prospective publ.ic use.
2. That said public utility easement as hereinafter
des.cribed is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easement ~s situated in the '
County of Butte, State of California, an.d described as follows, to
wit:
"The 6` public utility easement on the east line of
Lots 7 and 8 of 'Oakmore Park Subdivisi.on, Unit No. 1'
per map of record in Book 25, ~ages 20 and 21, in the
o~fice of Butte County Recorder."
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Superv~i sors of the County
of Butte this 5th day of April., 1977, by rhe folJ.owizig vote:
