WHEREAS, the County of Butte pronides Mental Health 5ervices
pursuant to the Short-Doy1e Act; and
WHEREAS, khe Act provides that the County Short-Doyle Plan
~or fisca7. year 1977-78 sha~3. be adopted by the County Board of
Superviso~s; and
WEIEREAS, it appeaxs proper and ko the best interest of the
County of Butte that said pZan be executede
NOW~ THEi~FORE, BE TT TtESOLVED that the CounCy of Sutte
adopt the 5hort-Doyle Plan for the fiscal year 1977-78 and that the
Chaa.rman of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and direceed Co
execute the documents pertaining to said plano
PASSED AND ADOPT~b by the Butte CounCy Board of Supervisors
