Company's easemer~t was acquE~-ed and to tha terms and canditions herein contained, Company daes noc by this agreement and shall not be deezned to subardinate i~s rights in the new location to any use which Agency shal~ znake a~ said area. 4. Except as expressly set fozth I~erein, this ag~reernent shall not~ in any way alter, rnodify ox texrninate any provisian of Corz~zpany's easement or the priority thereof over the title of Agency in said new lacation. Both Agency and Company sI~all t~se said new lacatian in such a manner as not to interfere unreasona~ly with the rzgh~s of the other.
