WHEREAS, it is necessary to estab~:ish a~ee to cover the
costs of processing petitions for cancellation of land conservation
act agreements.
VOW, THEItGFORE, B~ IT I2ESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that a fee of $50.~30 (Fifty Dollars} be established
for processing petitions for cancellation of ~.an.d conservatzon act
agreements.
