RESOLU'~ION ADDIi~IG $l, Ofl0 TO PUSLIC ADPnIN~STRATOR REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, by resolution No. 7~F-120 this Board pursuant to
California Government Code §29460 established a revol~cring fund to be
used by the Public Administrator in securing the possession or
protecting the assets of any estate or £or the purpose of securing
Letters of Administration in any estate i.n whzch the Public Adminis-
trator has no funds for the payment of such fees, cb.arges or expenses
but anticipates securing sufficient assets to rezmburse the county
for such amounts or where county convenience would be served by
making a single payment on beh.alf of severaJ. estates and funds are
avaiZable for immediate reimbursement of the £und by caslrz transfer;
WHEREAS, this fund was established with the understanding
tb.at when the assets for these esea~es become available they wi1.1 be
used to reimburse the revolving fund for disburse~nents made in their
beha~.f and that under California Government Code Sec~ion 23~6I
expenses incurred in connection with any estate required to be ac~minis-
tereci: ~y the Public Administrator in which the assets of Ch.e es~ate
pzove insu~fi.cz.ex~t, axe county cb.arges; and,
Wi~EREAS it has now become necessaxy to increase the
original endowment o£ the ~evolving fund by the addition o~ $1,000
to cover the increased costs o~ i.nsurance and to enable the revolving
fund to advance costs foz two burial plots in Che event that the
need for the second buxial plot occurs within such cl~ronological
proximi~y to the first that there h.as not been adequa~e time for the
fund to obtain reimbursement £rom the first estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that fhe Auditor-Controller
of the County o~ Butte is hereby authorized, ordered and directed
to transfer from the General Fund $1,000.00 to the Public Adminis-
trator Revolving Fund.

County of Sutte, State of Calitornia, this ~gt~ day of Apri~ ,
