STREET
WHEREAS, the County of Butte fs conducting a community development
program within the srea generally known as the "South Oroviile neighborhood"; and
WHEREAS, the County hae recently acquired real property locaCed at
2311 D Street as a part of Chis communiCy development program; and
WHEREAS, Lhe County finds ChaC aII six (6) dwelling units on the
above-mentianed properCy are f.n a atate of d3lapidation that makes them unsafe
and un~it for human habitati.on a~, fuxther, that the rehahilitation o£ said
units :Is unteasfble.
N~W, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED:
1. That the County determines it ta be in the public interesf and
essenti,al to the li.fe and sa£ety of the individual tenaats involved that all
dwe~Ifngs on the property at 2311 A 5txeeC be vacated.
2. That a 90-day Notice to Vacate be iasued immediately to a].1 tenan:ts
o£ record as of Chis daCe.
3. That appropriate action be Caken by the Chief Administrative Office~
t o provide relocaCion assistance as required by federal and state laws and
regulations.
