is suitable and available on terms and conditions satisfactory to the
Board of Supervisaxse
NOW, TkIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, tha~ tihe Clerk of this Board
be ordered to publish in accordance with the law the following notzce
of intention to purchase real property:
