WHEREAS, the area encompassed within the boundaries of
Fo~est Ranch Ridge is suffering under severe drought conditions;
and
WH~REAS, i~ would be in the public interest to a11ow
the use of "Gray Water" as permitted in Ordinance No. 1815;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. Thar pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
I81.5 that this Board finds and determines that there is a pre-
exzsting water shortage within the boundaries of Forest Ran.ch
R~.dge which are described as follows:

Secs 2, 10, 15
T 23N R2E
Secs ~3, 24, 25, 35, 36
T 23N R.3E
Secs 5,:6, 7, 18
T 24N R3E
4, 9, 16, 21, 28, 29, 32, 33
T 25N R3E
Secs 15, 22, 27, 33, 34
(a11 within the County of Bu~~e)
an.d that strict water conservation measures are necessary in said
area.
2. That pursuant to the pro~crisions of Ordinance No.
1815, "Gray Water" as defined in said Ordinance shall be allowed
in the aforementioned area, all pursuan~ to the terms, conditions
and recommendations as set out in the aforementioned Ord~.nance
passed and adopted.
