PUBLIC UTI~ITY EAS~MENT
WHEREAS, tl~is Soard has received a reques~ from Harry
Taylor to allow the abandonment of public utiltiy easement
a5 described below; and
WHEREAS; pursuant to the suthority vested in t~is Board
under Government Code §§50430, et seg., this Board wishes to
declare its intention to abandon said public utility easement as
described below.
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Soard:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at i.ts
regular meetireg on June 7, 1977, at 9:30 a.m., in;the Board Chambezs,
Butte County Ad~ninistration Building, Oraville, a hearing shall be
held on the abandonment of the following described easement:
Al1 that certain PUE lying south of the norrh line
of Lot 179, as shown on that ceztain Map entitled
"Paradise Pines Unit 15" recorded in the office of
the Recorder of the County of Butte, S~a~e of
California, on July 1.5, ~.971, in Book 38 of Maps,
at pages 42, 43, and 44, execpting thereirom tl~a
west 10 feet.
2. That this Resolution be posted and pubZished pursuant
Co the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 5044i.

this 26th day of April , 1977, by ~l~.e folloraing vote;
