of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on
May 10 , 1977, in rhe Supervisars' Room cf the Bur~e
County Adminis~ration Building fronting on ~Tuntoon Street, in Oroville,
California, Butte County, and it appearing tio said Board ~hat a Notice
of Intention and Resolution to Abandon a Public Highway and Notice of
Time and B1ace of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly
given as required by law, and testimony and evidence, both oral and
documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said
Board now finds that the hereinafter described Public Highway is
unnecessary for present and prospective use.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS F4LLOW5:
L That the public highway situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described, is
hereby abandoned.
2. That the description o~ said public highway so abandoned
is situate in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
East Eleventh Avenue from and including the inter-
section of Oleander and East Eleventh Avenue to
the east side of the East Esplanade Drive Road,
East Lindo Avenue from west szde of Laburnam Avenue
to the East Esplanade Drive Road to the nnr~h side
of East Eleventh Avenue.
Subject to easements issued to the railroad and
utility companies.
l. Dedication of 20-foot drainage ease-
ment to County within tha~ portion o£
Oleander Avenue abandoned recently.
2. Rights of th.e public u~ilities in
accordance with §959.J. of the Streets and
Highways Code.
3. Access for bank main~enance along
Lindo Channel.

path.
5. Reserve a public utility easement and
storm drai.nage easement on East EspZanade
Drive.
6. Abandonment to be no closer than 1Q
