WHEREAS, authorization to purchase 6Q hog pens and 180 ~eet of feed
alZeyways and hardware is hereby granted~:to the Butte County Fair Associatio~
by and on beha3f of the Butte County Board of Supervisors; and
WH£REAS, the Butte County Fair Association has received bids on behalf
of the County of Butte for the proposed pens and feed al~eys from:
Powder R~ver Livestack Equipment Company, Lincoln, CA $70,400.00
Continental Corrals, Live Oak, CA 8,600.00
Shastavell Livestock Equipment Co~p~n~., Lake Head, CA 10,596.61
Mallory Equipment 5ales Company, Hutchinson, Kansas 7,755.82
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT ORDERE~ that the Bu~te County Eair Association
issue an order from the MalTory Equipment Sales Company of Hutchinson, Kansas
for the purchase of 60-6' x 7` hog pens, 30-12' pane7s, 4 end sections, and
15 tie clip pens, as tha complete order for the hog barn layout as proposed,
FOB, Fairgrounds, Gridley, California. 7he total sum of the order shall be
$7,766.82.
PASSED A~D ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
17th day of ~ay , 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lemke, Madigan, Moseley, Winston and Chairman Richter
