WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION FOR FIRE PROTECTIO~
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
hereby intends to contract pursuant to the attached agreement for fire
protectian services between the Co~nty of Butte and State Department of
Conservation and hereby authorizes the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors
to execute same on behalf of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTE~ by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
24th day of May , 1977, by the fol3owing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lem~e, Madigan, Moseiey, Winston and Chairman ~ich~er
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
