WHEREAS, the County of Butte and the City of Chico have consolidated
the Chico Library system with the Butte County library system e£~ective
suiy i, 197b.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board approves the attached application and the plan of
service for the system and authorizes the Librarian of the County of BuCee,
Josephine R. Terry, to execute same and submit same on behalf of the County
of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTEA by the Bvtte County Board of Supervisors this 31st
day o£ May , 1977, by the £ollowing vote:
