detachment proceedings be~ore the Local Agency Formation Commission by
Resolution No. 76-189 and said proceedings were to detach an area, the
exterior boundaries of which are described by Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereo£ by this reference; and
WHEREAS, LAFCo approved said detachment by Resolution No. 77-13; and
WHEREAS, a pub~.ic heari.ng was held to detach territory from Connty
Service Area No. 26 i.m accordance with Section 563Z4 of the Government
Code; and
WHEREAS, the Butta County Board of Supervisors finds that a~agority
protest of the detachment has not been filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Government
Code Section 56319, the area described in E~hibiC "A" is detached from
County Service Area Noe 26.
PASSED AND ADOPT~D by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
31st day of ~Y , 1977, by the following vote:
