WIi~REA5, this Board has received a request from Harry
Taqlor to allour ~he abandonment of pub~.~.c utility easement as
described below; and
WHEI2EA5, pu~suant to the authority v~sted in tt~is Board
under Government Code §§50430, et se~, this Board wishes to
abandon said easements as described below.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by this Boa~d:
1. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or prosFective public use.
2. '£hat said puLlic utili~y easement as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That sai.d public utility easement is situated in the
County of L'utte, S~ate o£ Califoznia, as described as follow~ to
wi. t :
AIl that certaiza PUE lying south of the north line
of Lot 179, as shown on that certain I~Iap entitled
"Paradise Pines i.Tnit ~.5" recorded in the office of
the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of
California, on J'uly 15, 197I, in Book 38 of I~Iaps,
aC pages 42, 43, and 44, excepting ~lzeretrom the,
west 10 feet.
