L,T~EREAS, this Board 1~as reeeived a request ~rom Joe
Van Antwerp to a11ow the abandonment of public utility easement
as described below, and
WH~REAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §~50430, et seo., t~is Board wishes to
abandon said easements as described below.
NOW, T~FREFOR~ BE iT R~Sp~V~p by this Soard:
1. That this Board finds that said easement is unnecessary
for present or p~os~ective public ~se.
2. That sazd public utility easement as hereinafter
described is hereinafter abandoned and vacated.
3. That said public utility easement is situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, and described as follows, to
wit:
The north b feet of Lot 2 and the north 6 feet and the
west 12 feet of Lot l, as shown on that certain Map
entitled "COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES UNIT N0. 1", wh~ch Map
was recorded in the office of the Recorder of the
County of ~utte, State of California, on February 26,
1953, in Book 19 of maps, at Pages ~3 and 4~.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte thzs ZS~h day of June , 1977, by the
fallotaing vote:
AY~S: Supervisors Lemke, Moseley, Winston and Chairman Richter
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Madigan
NOT VOTING: None
