WHEREAS, ResoJ.utian No. 77-49 was passed and adopted by the Butte County
~oard, o~, ~upe~_v.zsors_on March 22, . 1977,..pursuant.. to .the _provisions. o_f .Chap~ear. ..

20 of the Butte County Code to estabLish. standards for subdivisions and land
divisions; and
WfiEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to amend certaxn standards
contained there~n pertaining to subdivision bonds and the subdivisxon agree-
ment.
I~OW, 'I`~~R~FOR.E, BE IT RESOLV~D by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that Appex~dix V, Subdi.vi.sion Agre~ment is hereby amend~.d to"require a bond or
cash deposit in the following a.moun~s:
1. Performance in the amount of 50% of the contract price.
2. Labox and ~ate~ials in ~h.e amount of 50% of ~he cont~ac~ pxxce.
3. Main~enance in the amount of 25% of tihe cantirac~ prxce.
4. Surveying bond in amount equal to estimate o~ work.
Sign-off vouchers are hereby approved ~n lieu bonds subject to: '
a. I00% performance, SO% labor and ma~erials, 2S% ma~.ntenance '
(at acceptance) and
~. developer's engineer prepare and ce~~ify vaucher for PW D~~ec~o~'s
enclorsement to savi~gs and loan coinpanies.
