WfiEREAS, on the 9th day of December, 1975, a Cash Dif~erence
Fund and Cash Overage Fund were established for the Orovi~le
Justice Cour~ by Resolution No. 75-177, pursuant to Gavernment
Code Sections 29370 and 29371; and
WHEREAS, the court has, pursuant to Government Code Section
29377, applied for replenishment of said fund; and
WH~R~AS, said cour~ has itemized each cash deficit in its
applica~ion for replenishment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of ~he County of Butte, State of California, that the County
Auditor shall draw his warrant in the sum of $62.00 on the General
~und of the County of Butte to replenish the Cash Difference Fund,
payable to the Oroville Justice Court.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Bu~te, State of California, this 2Sth day of June
1977 by the £ollowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lemke, Moseley, Winseon and Chairman Richter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor I~Fadigan
NOT VOTING: None
