WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on November 21, 1967 adopted
Reso7ution 67-169, a reso7ution establishing a postage revo7ving fund in the
amount of $5,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the cost af postage and volume of mailings has risen
sharpiy s9nce this limitation was set;
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE I~ RESOLUED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that Resolution 67-169 is amended as foZlows:
1. That the Purchasing Agent`s Postage Revolving Fund is
hereby increased ta the amount of $T2,000.00; and
2. That the Auditor is direc~ed to issue his warrant in the
amount of $7,0OO.Od paya6~e to the County Administrative
Officer to bring the revolving fund to the new amount.
