LdHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in this Board
tzndex' "Streets axxd Higl.iieays Code. §957. ~his Board wish.es to declare
its intentions tc, abandon a publ~.c ha~ghway as desczibed below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOVED by this Board:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on September 6 , 1977, at 9:30 a.m.,
in th.e Board chambers, Sutte County Administration Building, Oroville,
a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment o.f the fol].owing
described public highway.
Al1 that xeal property situated in that certain
subdi~erision knoC,rn as rhe Western Pacific Add~.tion,
as filed in ~he Butte County Recorder's Office
in ~~ap Bood 4 at Page 16, being a portion of
Section 4-, Township 19 iVorth, Range 4 East, M.D.B.
and M., and being portions of Green Street,
Caz~.eton Street, and Feather Avenue all being
road right-of-ways as s?-aown on said map:
Beginning at ~he Northeast corver of Lot l, Bloclc 65;
Thence ~as~erly to the North~aest corrier ot Lot 2,

Thence Southerly to the most Southerly corner of

secCion wi~h rhe SouCherly prolongation of the line
common. to Lots 4 and 5, ~~iock 65;
Thence Northerly to the Southwest corner of Lot 4,
