ABANDON PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEIZEAS, this Board has received_'a request from ~~ck
Nelson to allow the abandonment of public utility easement as
described below, and
WHEREAS, pursuant ~o the authority vested in this Board
under Government Code §§50430, et s~., this Board wishes to
declare its intention to abandon said public utility easement as
described below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Boazd:
1. TI-~.at tl~.is Soard hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on September 6, 7.977 at 9:45 a.m. , in the Board Chambers,
But~e Coun~y Administration Building, Oroville, a~earing sha11 be
hel.d on the abandonment o~ ~iie foilowing described easemen~:
Abandoning a 30 foot publ.ic utility easeme~nt more
particularly described as £ollows:
The easterly 30 feet of Orcha~d Street, now lt.nown
as Clover Street, as shown on that certain map of
"Map o~ Ninth. Addition of John Bidwell Rancho of
Chico, Butte County, California" as recorded in
Book 4 on Page 64,-i~~aps of Record in the Office of
the Butte County Recorder.
Exceptirrg therefrom alI that portion lying between
the northerlq and soutl~erly banks of Dead Hourse
Slough.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 504~41.
